Following the club's official statement that Cristiano Ronaldo will be re-signed, former Manchester United full-back Patrice Evra has revealed what appears to be a WhatsApp chat between him and the Portuguese superstar.
Evra, now retired, was a former teammate of Ronaldo's at Old Trafford, where they won a slew of trophies, including the Champions League in 2008.
However, with the Frenchman no longer playing and Ronaldo still going strong, fans have been given a peek into what the pair discussed earlier on Friday.
