Mauricio Pochettino, the manager of Paris Saint-Germain, has stated that the club is still working on a number of signings, but has declined to comment on the club's interest in signing Manchester United's Paul Pogba.
Pogba's current contract at Old Trafford has one year left on it, and negotiations for a new one are ongoing.
United wants to keep France international, but his agent, Mino Raiola, has already spoken to PSG about a summer transfer.
If Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side cannot agree on a new contract with Pogba, they risk losing him for nothing next season, with PSG apparently willing to offer £40 million for his services this summer.
When asked about probable transfers, Pochettino, the former Tottenham manager and one-time United hopeful, refused to mention names.
DON'T MISS:
He told Le Parisien, "I won't reveal any names since I don't like to speak about players who belong to other clubs."
‘The club is quietly working away, obtaining some good results.' We'll see who the new players are – if there are any – and who leaves the squad at the end of the window.'
While there is interest from other clubs, United is still hopeful that Pogba would sign a new contract with the club.
The Frenchman is thought to have an excellent relationship with Solskjaer and is excited about the club's transfer dealings this summer, with fellow countryman Raphael Varane set to join Jadon Sancho at United.
