Troy Deeney insists Man United star Cavani deserves MORE than a three-game ban


Manchester United star Edison Cavani shared a controversial post on Instagram after Southampton win



Manchester United forward Edison Cavani took through his Instagram handle to share a controversial post after Man United's win against Southampton.


Troy Deeney has insisted that the Man United attacker deserves More than a three-match ban after the controversial post  "negrto" on the social media after their defeated Southampton.

The sports lover Deeney has called on the Uruguayan international to be "more educated" by the FA on why "his words hurt people'.


Troy Deeny has strongly believed that a three-match ban for the Red Devils star would not be enough for the kind of offense been committed after he shared a post on social media with a Spanish term with racial connotations.



The Manchester United free agent summer signing came off the bench to net a brace and handed Manchester United coach Solskjaer's side a fantastic 3-1 win at St. Mary's Stadium.


However, the 33-year-old Uruguayan international's outstanding performance at Southampton was overshadowed when he took to his Instagram to post a controversial Spanish term in the hours that followed.



Edison Cavani's Instagram post translates to "thanks black" as he appeared to respond to a congratulatory post.


The Manchester United star was pictured arriving for Training at Old Trafford on Monday morning, meanwhile, he is facing an FA probe. 


In response to the congratulatory message been sent to him from a fan after the win, Cavani reply: "Gracias negrito" which makes reference to race, translated as "Thanks black".
