Ruhr Nachrichten, on the other hand, was not present, which suggested something. When it comes to the transfer market, Borussia Dortmund's local newspaper is cautious, even pessimistic, so when they are positive about a deal, it's time to rejoice.
They later returned to claim that their sources said no official bid had arrived, and they posed the question: ‘Manchester United vies for BVB star Sancho: same game, same mistakes?'
The implication was that Ed Woodward and his team needed to act differently than they did last summer if they wanted to close the deal, and that BVB would not budge on price.
Ruhr Nachrichten has returned, claiming that ‘there has been movement in the Jadon Sancho matter.'
Dortmund's base transfer cost, plus "the usual bonuses," is said to be "about" €95 million, and this is not negotiable.

A first bid was received "a few days ago" and is currently "being considered."
The fact that the offer isn't mocked and th at it isn't indicated that the proposal has already been rejected is a significant plus, especially coming from such a source.
