Paul Pogba has stated that Manchester United has made "no concrete proposal" regarding a new deal at Old Trafford.
After being strongly linked with a move away from Old Trafford in recent months, the France international's future at the club has been a talking point.
Pogba's current contract is slated to expire next summer, and Manchester United are likely to want to lock him down to a new term as soon as possible to avoid losing him for nothing in a year.
There has been no official talk of a new deal for Pogba from Manchester United in recent months, and the player has now acknowledged that he has yet to meet with the club to discuss his contract status.
“I have one year left on my contract,” Pogba revealed at a news conference while on international duty with France this week. That is common knowledge.
“United has yet to provide a clear proposal.
“I haven't met with the board of directors or the manager because I'm still in Manchester.
“Right now, I'm thinking on the Euros. I'm concentrating. I'm more experienced than I was before, and I'm focused on the here and now, which is the Euros. All of that is taken care of by my agent.”
Last season, Manchester United finished second in the Premier League table without winning a trophy under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
All eyes will now be on the summer transfer market and the players United may try to sign ahead of next season.
