Last night, Amad Diallo scored his first international goal for Ivory Coast.

Manchester United's wonderkid scored a free-kick winner in the 90th minute to secure a 2-1 victory over Burkina Faso.

DON'T MISS:

You can see the goal below, which Amad posted on his Instagram page.

Amad's goal drew praise from his United teammates, including Anthony Elanga and Bruno Fernandes, who congratulated him on social media.

Amad, a teen winger, responded to Fernandes in Italian, writing, ‘me lo hai insegnato tu,' which translates as ‘you taught me.'

Amad may have benefited from Fernandes' coaching in training, but he is a dead-ball specialist in his own right, scoring a free-kick for United's under-23s against Chelsea in one of his three appearances at that level.

DON'T MISS:

After making his debut in March, this was only Amad's second international match.

In Saturday's friendly, Amad came on as a second-half substitute and scored a free-kick in the seventh minute of injury time.

Even with limited game time, Amad has mastered the art of being a game-changer.

He had one goal and one assist in two Europa League appearances for United, as well as one assist in three Premier League games.

It is critical not to put too much pressure on him, but he has the potential to become a valuable squad player for United next season.

At the age of 18, he is already displaying signs of brilliance, and his international exploits highlight his potential.
