Last summer, Manchester United tried fiercely to recruit Jadon Sancho to the Theatre of Dreams but was unsuccessful.
However, it appears that they will do better this time around. At least, that's what all the reports in the last 24 hours appear to suggest...
Kaveh Solhekol, a Sky Sports journalist, has provided the most recent information. He confirmed United's intention to sign Sancho this summer on Twitter, adding that he willbe playing for Man United next season.'
To make matters worse, the player wants to transfer, United wants to sign him, and Dortmund wants to get rid of him. It appears to be a done deal at this point.
United's new bid is worth roughly £75 million, with numerous add-ons and bonuses thrown in for good measure. Sancho, on the other hand, is only 21 years old. This is a young man who, if all goes well, could serve us for a decade.
Sancho has been a revelation in the Bundesliga in recent seasons. He is now, however, ready to return to England. On these borders, there's no better place to improve your skills than Manchester United.
Finally, on the right side of the attack, the Red Devils will have a trustworthy player. Sancho contributes goals, assists, directness, and a goal threat. Despite the fact that United always possessed lots of firepowers, football is now more than ever a team sport. We're fortunate to have found someone of his caliber.
All that remains is to wait for an official announcement, which will most likely come once England returns from the European Championships.
