Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has expressed his joy that Edinson Cavani will remain at Manchester United for another season.
On Sunday, the Uruguay international came off the bench to score Manchester United's third goal in their 3-1 Premier League win over Aston Villa.

After goals from Bruno Fernandes and Mason Greenwood had placed United in front in the second half, the 34-year-old bumped home a deft header from inside the box to seal the win.
Cavani, 34, has scored 15 goals and provided four assists for the Red Devils since joining on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain last summer.
The Red Devils originally committed to a one-year deal with the winger, however, the team announced on Monday that they had exercised the opportunity to prolong his tenure for another year.

Solskjaer told Manchester United's official website: "I said when Edinson signed that he will add talent, strength, and leadership to this party, and I haven't been proven wrong, he has been everything I hoped he would be and more."
“As managers, we were aware of his goal-scoring record. However, it is his charisma that has contributed so much to this squad; he has a winning spirit and an unwavering approach to all he does.
“Edinson is one of the last to quit the practice field and sets the stage for the next generation of players in his approach to his job every day.
“I've always wanted him to stay and see how our fans respond to him as an athlete, and this means he'll finally have the chance.”
On Tuesday night, Manchester United will face Leicester City in the Premier League.
