Anthony Martial hasn't played for Manchester United since March when he played the entire 90 minutes in a 3-1 FA Cup loss to Leicester City.
The forward limped off in France's 2-0 victory over Kazakhstan at the end of March and has been out with a knee injury since then.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer acknowledged a few days after Martial's injury that the 25-year-old could not play again for the Red Devils this season.
According to L'Equipe, the former AS Monaco player "resumed practicing with Manchester United yesterday."
While he would not be fit to meet AS Roma in the Europa League semi-final on Thursday, nor will he be ready to face Aston Villa on Sunday, there has been a good report on the Frenchman's rehabilitation.
According to the publication, Martial "always has a strong chance" of being fit for the remaining four league games as well as the Europa League final if they advance further in the tournament.
This would be positive news not only for the Old Trafford club but also for the player himself, as he expects to be named to Didier Deschamps' 26-man France squad for Euro 2020, which will be revealed on May 18th.
According to L'Equipe, Martial's rehabilitation suggests either of two things: either that United's "care personnel performed miracles," or that the national team's original "calmness" was not so unreasonable after all.
