Dias was on the list of top football clubs before the season but after the end of the transfer market, the defender ends up staying in Portugal and signing a new deal with Benefica.
But this time around, the Benfica defender is expected to leave the club with both Liverpool and Manchester City ready to sign the player.
Last summer, Manchester United also show some interest in the player but after the arrival of Harry Maguire, we do not think the Red Devils will still spend another cash on center-back in the coming transfer market.
This Means the two Premier giants will be fighting a two-horse race and will most certainly have to break the bank in order to land the 22-year-Benefica Defender to premier league side.
