so there is no price they can offer the German outfit that will automatically allow them to bring back the player to Etihad.

And while they do get notified of any bids for the City player so have the opportunity to match offers from any clubs, the way at which Sancho leaves the club

There is no time limit either for the deal, so the Blues will get back the money from Sancho's next transfer move whether it comes this summer or later.
