Manchester United has announced that Jadon Sancho will join the club this summer after reaching an agreement with Borussia Dortmund.
After this summer's European Championship, the winger will have a medical to finalize the agreement.
DON'T MISS:
Last week, the 21-year-old made his first start for England in the competition, playing the entire 90 minutes as Gareth Southgate's team defeated Ukraine 4-0.
After leaving Manchester City, Sancho spent four years at Borussia Dortmund, and Alf-Inge Haaland, who reacted to the news on Twitter, has been joined by his son, Erling, in voicing their thoughts on Sancho's impending move to Old Trafford.
Sancho shared a photo of himself happy on social media (as seen above), prompting some fans to speculate that another start is on the way, and Haaland promptly responded with a sad emoji.
Sancho's move from Borussia Dortmund, where he formed a lethal relationship with the Norwegian striker during their 18 months together in Germany, is likely the source of the response.
