United drew 0-0 at Leeds in their first top-flight match there since 2003, extending their Premier League unbeaten away streak to 24 times, but the game was completely devoid of incident following a week overshadowed by the Super League debacle.
United's inclusion in the breakaway concept infuriated fans, prompting the club to withdraw two days after announcing their intention to participate.
Despite co-chairman Joel Glazer's admission of error, United supporters protested the Glazer family's ownership at Old Trafford on Saturday, and another rally is expected ahead of Liverpool's visit next Sunday.
"No, I wasn't conscious of it, and I don't think either of the boys saw it," Solskjaer said.
"This week, we worked on the game, every single one, to a tee.
Of course, it had been a tough week, but the planning for this game was excellent.
Playing against [Leeds] needs a different style of play, but I thought we did well.
"I'm very pleased with the boys' focus; they're so determined to end the season well.
The European loss, which occurred in the final game of the previous season, is still fresh in their minds and hearts.
We're really concentrated on doing well against Roma (in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final on Thursday), and we've got Liverpool in between, so we're not concerned about the protests."
