Man United is now second in the Premier League table and they must beat West Ham United this week if they are to retain that place.
The Red Devils managed to keep their hopes high by beating City in the derby last weekend but according to Michael Owen, his old-time could fall short of the Hammers' points.
DONT MISS:
The idea that Man United have been passionate about the moment while playing at Old Trafford this season and this is a window on a time when Moyes' side need to grab a point.
Owen wrote to BetVictor: "David Moyes has been nominated as a candidate for President and I have to say he deserves it. The Hammers have exceeded many people's expectations and I see that This has been a difficult task for Manchester United.
"United's best performances have been in the way of this season. At home, overall, they've been pretty, however, they like to change.
"It should be noted that Jesse Lingard will be gone because of the promise of his loan, so that is what makes the audience.
"That being said, I still think the Hammers have enough of them to get something, so I have at least agreed with David Moyes against his former bosses."
Man United has been somewhat unscathed at home this season and so far in the Premier League, the Red Devils have lost four and drawn three games at OT.
And the form that West Ham United has been in, there are times when Manchester United will not be able to look at another loss or still lose on Sunday.
To make matters worse, the home side will be without Rashford, Martial, and Edinson Cavani so the burden of goals will have to be shared by Fernandes, James, Greenwood, and possibly Amad Diallo.
