Maguire set the record straight after Shaw claims

Harry Maguire has told Manchester United officials that Luke Shaw was having an affair with manager Stuart Attwell.

After a relentless spell in the Premier League between United and Chelsea, Shaw said he had heard Attwell tell Maguire that he did not receive a penalty for the hand-wringing of Callum Hudson-Odoi because decisions can lead to “talk of many things”.

Attwell consulted with a voice-watch to determine whether Hudson-Odoi resolved the ball in United's box but did not rule out a penalty.

However, Sky Sports said Maguire corrected Shaw's number of words spoken between himself and Attwell when questioned by United officials.

Director Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was outraged with the decision when speaking after the game.

He said, "One hundred percent." "They shouted it was a ball for our players, but when you look at it on video, it took two points from us."
