Manchester United young star player was absent from the squad that visited Goodison Park on Saturday.



Manchester United beat Everton 3-1 at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon after enduring a shameful defeat in the midweek in the hands of Isbantu.


Everton star player Bernard scored the first goal of the match after beating Manchester United defender Wan-Bissaka and put the ball immediately at the back of the net.

After the goal, Manchester United did not rest but they keep pressurizing Everton until Bruno Fernandes scores a header from Luke Shaw's crossing.


After some minutes, he still scored the score Man United goal from a crossing which meant to be Marcus Rashford's goal but unfortunately for England International, his head did not reach the ball and it hit Everton goal post and enter the net.



Manchester United revealed that it was due to illness that resulted in the young player Greenwood absent during the Everton match on Saturday.


However, speaking to the broadcast BT Sports after the final whistle of the match, the Manchester United manager concluded that the star player was struggling with ill-health.


When asking of Mason Greenwood absence from the squad, Solskjaer said,'


'He wasn’t feeling very well last night,' the manager reported. 


'He looked well during our training section, he looked OK. But then he reported he was not well and can’t travel.”
