With his men looking to gain up to another three-point after picking one in the hands of Paris Saint Germain last week.

However, The Red Devils had a goalless draw last weekend with the Blues since their winning over PSG, with Harry Maguire, Edinson Cavani, and Mason Greenwood all featuring in the game.

All three players will be available for Manchester United's opener in the Champions League fixture, while Solskjaer may well give an update regarding Alex Telles and Donny Van de Beek and whether either of the new signings is in the starting XI against Leipzig.

Eric Bailly and Jesse Lingard are the only players confirmed to be absent for the clash.

On RB Leipzig

Manchester United coach said  'They are very good and improve every season, they are doing well and now going for the trophies.

They have a young and interesting coach who is good to watch. Leipzig is interesting to follow at the moment."

Midfield Dilemma and balance

Red Devil coach answered:

'We have a long season and the depth of our team is better now. Last game Donny, Nemanja, and Paul Pogba all featured in that game - they are all experienced international footballers with good reputations. it is not easy.

But we have so many matches this season and they are all going to feature in a very big way, nobody will be able to play all the matches this season. they work well as a team, is it two, three or four? who is currently in form? who needs a break?
