Man Utd Predicted XI vs Brighton (Carabao Cup, Round of 16).

Man Utd Predicted XI vs Brighton (Premier League away, 2020/21)

Manchester United will be facing Brighton City in their Carabao Cup, Round of 16

Brighton won their opening match in the Premier League campaign in a grand style, so this match will not be an easy one for the Reds.

Brighton City boss Graham Potter will have his men organize, though the loss of Yves Bissouma through suspension will affect them.

DON'T MISS:

Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to see a bounce-back performance from the shameful opening match. with that mind, I am expecting to see a few changes made by the United boss.

Don't forget that due to little or no Pre-season for the  Red, and also being a game behind in the current League campaign,

Brighton's fitness may well be stronger than theirs. In the end, though, I hope our quality shine throughout the game.

The Man Utd team selection here is a bit tough because the team is looking pretty healthy. With that in mind, I have gone for a few changes from their previous loss to the Eagles last weekend.

Anyway, let's look into the predicted line-up...

David de Gea will still be maintaining his position in the goal post regardless of Dean Henderson's performance in the Carabao Cup match against Luton Town.

Luke Shaw will be starting from the left-back and Aaron Wan-Bissaka playing in the opposite direction. Harry Maguire will still maintain his place as the captain of the club. However, he will be welcoming a new partner this time around.

Eric Bailly deserves to play this after a wonderful display against Luton Town on Carabao Cup third round.

The midfield will likely look different, Nemanja Matic has to start in front of the defender. I prefer Donny van de Beek ahead of Paul Pogba in the midfield with the new boy sitting on the bench as he looks to build up those fitness levels.

The Portuguese international need to start the game irrespective of his sub-par performance last weekend.

Mason Greenwood will likely come into play this time around on the right-hand side, with Marcus Rashford starting from the left-flank.

Anthony Martial will lead the attacking front. We are expecting a better result from the Frenchman this time around.

Again, there's ample fire-power on the bench should the game for them. However, I am hopeful we will put in a more convincing performance and take all three points home.
