Exit closing in - Man Utd star expected for medical "in next few hours"

On Sunday, we reported a claim from Italy that Man Utd star Andreas Pereira was a step away from completing a move to Lazio.

The Spanish player is out of the picture by Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at the club, and the idea was a loan with a purchase option added to the deal.

That was put at a price worth €10m if the clause was obligatory, and the later also reported that the deal clause would be optional for an amount worth €27 million, with €15 million even used elsewhere.

Monday's edition of Corriere Dello Sports News reported that Man Utd star Pereira is expected to arrive in Roma "in the next few hours" and then he will have to undergo medical to join Lazio.

The Italian Newspaper also claims that the price worth the player is €27 million, which originated in Brazil and explains such an amount has not met by the Serie A club as claimed in Claudio Lotito's time who is in charge of Lazio's money.

Despite all the claims of this move being imminent, there could be some obstacles on the road. With the Italian outfit needing to secure exits before bringing signings in, Corriere Dello Sports reported the case, and they need those deals to be completed before Pereira's move from Old Trafford could be made official.

The same also goes for Wesley Hoedt and Mohamed Fares. who have completed their medical with the Roma club on September 16th, but still waiting for their transfer to be made official, and Hoedt had a medial been canceled on Friday.
