one in five spectators will be allowed into the stadium on one condition that they should seat five seats or more from each other.
the ticket for every match should be rotated and evenly distributed to the spectators depending on whether there have even or odd seat numbers.
According to reliable source form West Ham, non-season tickets holders can £10 be allowed to enter in a "lottery" for the chance to buy the game tickets,
the draw for the ticket which will be made known to the public through Sky featuring big names from the football world such as Baroness Brady and Mike Dean.
