Jose Mourinho is concerned that the imminent arrival of Jadon Sancho may cause further problems for Manchester United.
The Red Devils have been after the Borussia Dortmund winger for a long time and will shortly announce his £72.9 million transfer.
DON'T MISS:
As he attempts to establish himself at Old Trafford, Sancho will join a squad already brimming with attacking talent.
Edinson Cavani agreed to stay in Manchester for another year after being persuaded by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Mason Greenwood, Marcus Rashford, and Anthony Martial are among Sancho's attacking teammates, which may cause some to wonder where he fits in.
Solskjaer will have a good problem to have going ahead with so many impressive weapons.
Mourinho, on the other hand, is unsure how they will all be kept satisfied, questioning how much game time each player will get.
"Mason Greenwood was not in the Euros squad," he told The Times, "but he could be in the next World Cup."
"When he is much more mature; he has the talent, but it may be contingent on what occurs at his club."
DON'T MISS:
"They have Jadon Sancho, Marcus Rashford, and Greenwood at Manchester United." Is it true that if one player has a fantastic season, another will not be starting as many games?
"With Bukayo Saka, Arsenal will have an even more fundamental player, but in what position? I like a left-footer on the right-wing, but Arsenal has other options like Willian and Nicolas Pépé, so only the manager, Mikel Arteta, knows how Saka will play."
I hope that the coaches of the best teams with the best skills look at the national team as if it were my football, the country where I work, and give opportunities to the young people, since United, Arsenal, Chelsea, and many other clubs have amazing kids.
"England is producing at an academy level that is light years ahead of where it was when I arrived in 2004."
United finished second last season and are seeking to cut the gap on Manchester City, who are the current champions.
Solskjaer is looking for a center-back and a central midfielder, with Real Madrid's Raphael Varane a definite target.
Starting slowly cost United last season, and he has pushed his team to start the season with a bang.
“We all need to get off on the right foot and kick-off at the appropriate tempo,” he added. “When the season starts, we realize how little may determine whether the season is a success or a failure.
“We need to improve our pre-season and start the season stronger than we did last year.
We set ourselves a mountain to climb because we had a rough start, but perhaps we've cracked the slow improvement this year.
“We're building and improving, and there are a few areas we need to work on."
