While the right-back has flaws, it is fair to conclude he is a lot more attacking threat than he has been in the past, and as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said, he has the potential to improve even more.
The Red Devils have long lacked serious candidates for full-back positions, so it's a welcome change in recent history that they're brimming with talent in that area.
Shaw is now essentially the complete full-back, and his only challenge is to retain the high standard of success he has shown this season.
Wan-Bissaka is less of a finished product, but his toughness in one-on-one scenarios makes him very useful at times.
The former Crystal Palace man may continue to hear from Shaw on what it takes to be a Manchester United full-back, but there are signs he has what it takes to be a top footballer.
