Rashford, Van De Beek and Cavani out - How the Red Devils can possibly line up against AC Milan

Manchester United awaits AC Milan at Old Trafford on Thursday evening in the first leg of the Europa League round of 16.

Coming off the back of a League victory against Manchester City at Etihad Stadium last weekend, Manchester United will head into the game highly motivated.

DONT MISS:

AC Milan on the other hand is the current Seria A leader and is also keen on maintaining their tight leash on the Italian trophy this season ahead of Inter Milan and Juventus.

Although Inter Milan has a bad record of crashing out of the European competition in the round of 16 having incurred such defeat on five occasions out of the 6 appearances they have made at that stage of the competition, they have their current momentum in the Italian Serie A to ride on.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be planning on rotating his Squad to rest some of the Players that defeated Pep Guardiola men on Sunday, so some players could be possibly sideline on Thursday.

DONT MISS:

The club's Left-back Luke Shaw who delivered a man-of-the-match performance against City could be replaced with Alex Telles while Eric Baily will come in for Victor Lindelof.

Captain Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are expected to retain their various spot in the squad. Bruno Fernandez, barring any unforeseen circumstances, will surely feature against AC Milan while Scott Mctominay and Nemanja Matic will provide the necessary support at the Midfield.

Daniel James has been getting some playing time in the Europa League and is likely to feature alongside Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood at the front.
