Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has posted an open and honest message to his fans and United supporters,
following Wednesday night's Carabao Cup defeat by Man City on the semi-final stage.

After a tough and tight first half, the Red Devils, unfortunately, conceded two goals before the last whistle by Man City duo John Stones and Fernandinho to suffer a disappointing defeat.
It was the Red Devils' fourth semi-final loss under the watch of the Norwegian coach Solskjaer and less than a year after Man United reached the last four of the Carabao Cup, Emirates FA Cup, and UEFA Europa League in the 2019/20 football campaign.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admitted on the semi-final match that he was frustrated by Man City goals and stated we need to improve, in order to reach the final stage and win the silverware.
The Man United playmaker Bruno Fernandes has now voiced out that sentiment in a message to man United fans that he shared through his official Instagram handle, writing: 'I am very sad and disappointed to once again for not reaching the final stage of Carabao Cup.'
' We have a lot to work on, but we have to learn and understand that we can not make the same mistakes again. We need to put more effort to further improve and be able to fight for more trophies!'
As Fernandes says, Manchester United has many things to fight for this season and particularly in the Premier League: the Red is currently having the same point as leader Liverpool with one a standing match yet to be played on 12th January against Burnley.
