Report - Man United have made contact to sign £27m attacker in January

Manchester United is planning to sign Christian Erikson from Inter Milian.

Some weeks back, The Sun News claimed that Man United consider making a move to sign Christian Eriksen from Inter Milan, who was valued at £27million by the Serie A club.

Recently, La Gazzetta Dello Sport has reported that the Nerazzurri have put the midfielder on the market and Inter Milian coach Conte wants to offload him in January.

The popular Italian outlet has claimed that Manchester United have now made initial contact for the former Tottenham star, who has mostly started from the bench in the current campaign.

So far this season, the 28-year-old has managed to start five games in all competitions for the Serie A club Inter Milian and has not played full 90 minutes in any game.

In their last two league matches against Napoli and Spezia, the 103-capped international was an unused substitute.

Therefore, the midfielder needs to find his way out of the Serie A giant in other to get regular playing time, and a move back to the Premier League could help him.

The former Spur star Eriksen proved his worth in the Netherlands with Ajax before sealing his move to the Premier League side Tottenham.

With the Londoners, the versatile player was very brilliant, especially under the watch of the former coach Mauricio Pochettinho.

He regularly scored and also provided many chances for the Spurs and was the best player in the Premier League.

On four occasions, He has won the Danish player of the prize and he also won the award of the PFA Team of the year in 2018.

The Red Devils have to improve their attacking department in the coming transfer window as they failed to achieve that objective last summer.

The Inter Milian player is a proven Premier League star but he is very good in the No.10 position which is currently occupied by Manchester United's best player, Fernandes.

Christian Eriksen can also feature in the center midfield and also on the left-wing if needed.
