Manchester United has approved former Tottenham boss Pochettino to take over Solskjaer's job.
According to former Liverpool and West Ham player, Manchester United prospect Mauricio Pochettino will face a similar problem as the current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer if he finally takes his position as the head coach at the club.
The former Tottenham coach has been reportedly been approached by Manchester United this week for a potential replacement the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at the club.

Mauricio Pochettino who has been out of duty since November 2019 after been sack by Tottenham Hotspur, has been linked with the Manchester United job.
But Hutchison also said that the former Tottenham coach will still suffer the same problem faced by Solskjaer in the likes Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, and Donny van de Beek.
The French duo has been heavily been criticized for lack of consistency and the Manchester United new signing Van de Beek has suffered regular playing time in the hands of Solskjaer.

'He is still got players that look at, and I think people like Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial, and they are not the only players. Yeah (the players are not good enough).
'But I believe he would improve them but I look at Solskjaer Ole had improved a lot of players, I really did.

'Paul Pogba is a player that I always look at and love to watch him but I criticize him so much because I think there is so much more he can offer, so he is not consistent, and the list goes on.
'You are looking at a really disjointed group of players. they are way off.'
