Manchester United open negotiation to sign Pau Torres.
Manchester United could reportedly be missing out on one of their potential defensive prospects.
Recently, The Red Devils were linked with a move for the Villarreal defender Pau Torres, in a deal that will help add some qualities to Manchester United's defense after their unconvincing start to the season.
DON'T MISS:
The Spanish international has proved himself in La Liga and could undoubtedly be a good addition to Man United defense on the likes of Victor Lindelof and Eric Bailly as a partner with the England international Harry Maguire, but the deal seems he might be having another move on the horizon instead.
The Villarreal central back Pau Torres has been given a green card to sign for the Spainsh Captial Read Madrid as a long-term replacement of their captain Sergio Ramos.
However, even if the Spanish international is ready to sign for the Santiago Bernabeu, Los Blancos will have to negotiate for a transfer fee with Villarreal for their star player Torres.
This could still give Manchester United some form of hope of getting in ahead of Real Madrid in the future, though the deal to sign the Villareal defender remains to be seen if he will be a top priority for them.
Manchester United was also linked with Sevilla's defender Jules Kunde and may well give chance for other alternatives in mind as well.
