Man Utd has agreed to sign Man City player Charlie McNeill after rejecting a new contract at the club.
The Expected Manchester United signing Charlie McNeill has agreed to re-sign to the club a he sees a better feature to the first-team in Man Utd than he did at City.
The 17-year-old is returning to the Manchester United academy for an initial price of £750,000 that could still be rise to £1.35 million after he rejected an offer to extend his contract with City in the summer.

The transfer is expected to go through the normal procedure which follows transfer investigation, which is a process that normally takes up to three weeks.
According to Manchester Evening News who revealed that because Charlie McNeill did not turn 17-years until this week any teams that wanted to sign him still had to negotiate the transfer fee with his former club or risk a court deciding his worth.
The Red Devils sources claim that McNeill would represent an "absolute bargain" if he costs the full £1.5m as he would have to participate in a significant amount of first-team opportunities and record noteworthy merits that will trigger the clauses.
Charlie McNeill will be going into the Man Utd U-18 team rather than the Under-23s, already depleted in the forward department after D'Mani Mellor sustained an anterior cruciate injury in the ligament.

The United fan McNeill cost Man City £12,000 when they sign the player from Man United six years ago and his goalscoring abilities - he is credited with 600 goals at his football youth level - he has also seen him recognized at international level with many appearances for the England U-16s.
According to the Manchester Evening News who reported last week that the United academy was working tirelessly on completing more signing ahead of the new season and a deal for Alejandro Garnacho from Atletico Madrid has been completed earlier this week.
Garncho is their third Spanish signing of the summer after Barcelona Marc Jurado and Real Madrid Alvaro Fernandez.
