Report - Man Utd step up talks to sign 27 -year-old Brazil defender.


Man Utd are ready to hold further talks with Alex Telles' agent


According to Portuguese media outlet A Bola, as quoted by Metro News, is claiming that Man Utd are looking to seal a deal with the Portuguese club for the Brazilian defender.


The report also stated that Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking forward to signing a new left-back to provide the England international with more competition for the starting place.

But the Portuguese media Outlet A Bola claim that the 20-time English Premier League champions appear to be more interested in Telles after the man United stepped up their transfer talks to sign the 27-year-old.



The report also claims that the Brazilian international's agent has traveled to Old Trafford to talks to the Premier League side.


Manchester United could potentially land Telles in a low price deal given that the left-back is set to become a free agent by next season, according to the report.

A Bola made known that FC Porto is looking to seal a transfer fee around £35.9m for the Bralizan this summer.


The one-time Brazil international has scored 24 goals in 192 appearances in all competitions during his European football career before his move to FC Porto.



Telles has previously played for Turkish side Galatasaray and the Italian outfit Inter Milan during his football career on the European side before sealing to FC Porto.


Manchester United has just managed to sign one player Donny van de Beek in a deal worth £40m from Ajax.
