Angry Sergio Romero is being forced out of Man Utd
Whilst everyone's attention at Old Trafford has been on the newly signed Ajax star Donny van de Beek this week, the worst story has been slipped by almost unnoticed in the social media and press.
The 33-year-old South American has been at Old Trafford for five years, in which he keeps a record by maintaining fantastic 39 clean sheets after completing 61 games and

has won the reputation of the English Premier Leagues'best backup keeper - a role which the Argentina international accepted in good faith with patience and dignity, having joined the Red as David de Gea's replacement when the Spaniard looks set to leave the club to join Real Madrid.

"Man Utd coach Solskjaer spoke to Romero before the second match to explain his decision, but it was a call that caused major fight and disappointment for a player who had featured in nine matches in Europe that football season, conceding just two goals.
To make the whole matter worse, the Argentina goalie was not informed of the club's decision to keep Dean Henderson in Old Trafford next season, which sources told the Athletic felt very disrespectful for Romero.
"Romero also suppose to be given some 'respect' of being informed directly by Man Utd staff that his circumstances may be changing once Dean Henderson had agreed his long-term deal.
"However, this has not occurred yet and instead of prolonging his future at Old Trafford, plans are been set for his exit at the club."
Currently, there is no club seeking the signature of Romero. Although Aston Villa has been linked the will definitely involve a part-exchange for Jack Grealish, the deal looks increasingly unlikely to seal through after the arrival of Van de Beek.
