The Reds was near in completing the deal last summer and even after the winter transfer window,
Mirror News claims that United are determined to get the signature of the player in this summer transfer.

if the latest trending on social media is anything to go by then Manchester United are ready to make a huge offer in other to land the Senegalese international to Old Trafford.
From the La Gazzetta Dello Sport, The Italian outfit Napoli have to spend around 180 million euros to strengthen their team and now,
they have to balance their finance book with sales that could get them huge money of around 150 million euros.
Napoli value the player at around 100 million euros but looking at the current market, this figure seems to be out of reach.
it is claimed that the Reds are willing to offer 70 million euro (£63million) to land the African star and the Italian Serie A outfit cannot really reject such a big offer keeping in view of the way their financial accounts is.

So, it is fair to say that Man Utd have to break the bank in other to land the former Genk man at the club.
