Sergio Aguero Premier season 'over' due to knee injury as he set for operation in Barcelona.

Mancity likely will not be with Aguero in the rest of the season due to his knee injury.

Mancity star forward Aguero has been absent in the team for long due to injury. 

Aguero sustains a knee injury before the football season went on break due to coronavirus and since they have been undergoing some medical treatment in Spain.

The Argentina international has not featured in any of the club matches after coronavirus suspension.

with that in mind, Aguero will likely not feature in man city match against Chelsea and Newcastle in the coming weeks.

there is some doubt regarding the attacker's future in this current premier season, which might result in his season been over because of the current injury.

If this speculation becomes true, Aguero will also miss the rest of Mancity champions league matches

in August. The Argentina footballer is set for knee surgery in Barcelona.

According to Aguero's dad, Leonel del Castillo, to Radio la Red following Mancity last game with Burnley, My son is prepared for knee surgery in Barcelona this coming Friday.

His knee getting worse day by day and it keeps on hurting him. He thought it was just a Meniscus injury but it was not, although by tomorrow he will undergoing an MRI test to confirm it. 

I suggest that operation will be going on either Thursday or Friday on that knee. If that prognosis comes to past, that means the Mancity striker will be sidelined for a complete 6 weeks or more.

This means he will be missing out on the champions league match against Real Madrid and also be missing the Chelsea match.

So far he has not played any match for Mancity since they return from COVID-19 suspension.

Mancity has recorded with a win after the league resume from the coronavirus suspension, Mancity beat the Gunnars 3-0 on Wednesday night and also trash Burnley 5-0.

Riyad Mahrez scored the second goal in the 43rd minutes of the game and also find the back of the net his penalty kick on the 45th minutes of the game.

the Spanish international David Silva put-on a nice display to score the fourth goal of the match in the 51st minutes before  Foden completes the goals in the 63rd minute.

Phil Foden and Riyad both scored two goals in Mancity 5-0 win against Burnley.
